Directions:

Interstate 5 exit: Richards Boulevard (Exit 520), 1 mile north of downtown Sacramento.
Route:  Go west on Richards Boulevard, which quickly turns into Jibboom Street; the water intake is about a half mile up the grade on the river side. The water intake is also less than a mile on the bike path from Old Sacramento or Discovery Park.
